solved my Tivo v52 error problem I kept getting after only 2 months with new Roamio DVR. Tivo kept insisting it was a problem with my cablecard from cable provider and that I needed to go to them for a new one. I had that problem. Comcast came out and tested signal at the back of Tivo. Signal ok.

The signals that are getting the V52 errors say there's no signal lock. I didn't get a chance to check the SNR on the iffy channels. We probably won't have time to check the cabling and splitters until the weekend.

I recently switched from Contour to a TiVo Roamio with Cox CableCard. by the channel dropping and the "Searching for a signal on this channel (V52)" error.

A Part of Your TiVo will either display an error, the channel will be blank, or both. Also check the VCT Rcvd field—this shows the data packets as they are received by the DVR. This number should increase over time. Provide a short description of the article.

We got a TiVo a few months ago and it was great. I liked that it had chrome cast and everything worked great. A few days ago the TiVo just stopped working. I’m still able to navigate through the interface and I’m able to open apps, but I’m unable to actually play anything. Example: I’ll open the Netflix app.
